All In-Stock orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days.

How long will it take to get my order after it ships?
Standard Shipping within the contiguous 48 states can take 3-7 business days.
Standard Shipping outside the contiguous 48 states, such as Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and military addresses can take up to 3-5 weeks.

Standard shipping outside of the United States can take 2-7 weeks. This time frame can be shortened or extended pending on your location and the mailing service provided in your area.

International Shipping Privacy
Please note that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Additionally, information about your order, shipment and products contained therein may be communicated to our shippers and the customs authorities as part of the customs clearance process.

International Customs/Duties Charges
Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges., our affiliates and owners are not responsible for customs/duties charges. Your local customs office determines these costs. cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be.

International Shipping Limitations
Please note that products shipped internationally may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. The customer is responsible for determining that products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country.

International Customers: Please contact us before returning any product at

US & Canadian Customers:
1. Any defective, incorrect, or damaged item may be returned within 30 days of receipt via the U.S. Postal Service.
We will gladly reimburse you for your return postage if the wrong item was sent.
2. Imprinted items may not be returned for replacement or refund, unless imprint or item is defective.
3. NEW CDs, cassettes, videos, DVDs, or other media may only be returned for refunds if unopened.
If opened, they may be returned only for replacement of the same item if defective.
4. USED CDs, cassettes, videos, DVDs, or other media is sold As-Is condition and cannot be refunded.
5. Any return that does not comply with the above policy will be subject to a significant restocking fee, at our discretion.
6. Clothing must be in NEW condition with tags still attached.

When returning items:
-Please make sure you contact us before returning the item. All returns must be associated with an RA# that will be given to you after you have contacted us.
-Please make sure to include your RA# on the shipping address label.
-Returns may be sent to our post office box via the U.S. Postal Service, using Media Mail if qualified.
We recommend insuring your return. Because this is a post office box, please do not send your package by UPS or FedEx
-Please allow 1-3 weeks for the return to be received and processed. An email confirmation will be sent once we receive your return or exchange.
